This course introduces core concepts, activities, tools, and challenges in technology and innovation management. Learners explore technology adoption, diffusion, disruption, strategy, forecasting, Design Thinking, emerging technologies, prototyping, testing, ethics, sustainability, and project-based innovation work. The course combines self-paced learning, synchronous and in-person sessions, applied hands-on activities, reflection, and project work. Learners move from identifying a problem to developing a solution proposal, prototype/report, and final project pitch.
