
This course focuses on developing innovation competencies through a challenge-based learning approach. Learners explore how new products are developed in uncertain and dynamic environments by applying methods such as Design Thinking, agile development, prototyping, and strategic analysis. The course emphasizes stakeholder-centered problem framing, iterative solution development, and the integration of market, technical, and organizational perspectives. Through continuous project work, learners develop and validate an innovation concept, culminating in a final pitch.
