Welcome to Design Lab. This course focuses on Human-Centered Innovation through Design Thinking, user research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and evidence-based iteration. You will work collaboratively to explore real-world transformation challenges and develop meaningful digital or service-based solutions grounded in user needs. This course combines self-paced learning, collaborative workshops, applied project work, reflection, and iterative design activities. Throughout the course, you will move from problem framing and research toward concept development, prototyping, usability testing, and final presentation.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value. However, understanding AI requires more than simply learning how to use new tools. It requires the ability to evaluate opportunities, redesign workflows, and apply AI responsibly within real organizational contexts.

This certificate provides a practical introduction to the strategic and applied use of artificial intelligence in modern organizations. Throughout the course, participants explore how AI technologies such as predictive AI, generative AI, and emerging agentic systems are changing business processes, communication, decision-making, and innovation.

The course combines conceptual foundations with hands-on application. Participants engage with interactive activities, real-world scenarios, collaborative discussions, and project-based work designed to connect theory directly to practice. Alongside the course activities, participants continuously work on developing their own AI-enabled business concept within a chosen industry or domain.

The course is designed for individuals who want to move beyond theoretical discussions of AI and develop practical capabilities for applying AI within professional and organizational contexts. No advanced technical background or programming experience is required.

By the end of the course, participants will have developed and presented an AI-enabled business model and transformation concept supported by practical application, strategic reasoning, and prototype-level solution design.

This course introduces essential future skills for digital and agile workplaces, focusing on how individuals can effectively manage their learning and work in dynamic environments.
